Booth rent is paid to Treasure City
Mall (TCM) and is due and payable on the 1st day
of each month and received by the 3rd day of each
month. Booth rent received after the 3rd of the
month will be charge a $25.00 late fee and will be deducted
from your check.
There will be a $30.00 returned check
fee on any returned checks.
We will require no “Work Days”.
Treasure City Mall will accept cash, checks, and credit and
debit cards. Treasure City Mall will be required to collect
Sales Tax, make quarterly sales reports and payments to the
State Comptroller.
TCM will advertise and transact the
sale of your items. Your first vendor fee will be due at the
signing of your contract and prorated accordingly. You will
receive a check and a detailed statement of sales activity
of your items the 1st of each month. There is a
5% fee assessed on all sales.
Each item will need a sales tag. You
vendor number must be on all tags with a brief description
and the price clearly marked. If you wish to change a price,
please utilize a new tag. Please do not mark through the
price; it will not be honored at the sales counter (this
protects from any fraudulent attempts). All tags should be
neat, professional in appearance, and easy to read.
TCM does not require you to sign a long
term contract. However, we do encourage you to keep your
space 3 to 6 months. This will help get your product
“known”.
Vendors are responsible for recording
and managing their own inventory. TCM reserves the right to
expect a safe and neat sales area and may remove any
questionable/or hazardously placed items until you can tend
to them personally.
No insurance is included or implied in
this fee. Vendors desiring insurance should make their own
arrangements through an independent agent. However, TCM will
not be responsible for and does not guarantee against loss
due to theft, fire, structural failure, water, wind, rain,
hail, accident, injury, or any act of God.
All items left over 60 days without
rent paid in full will become the property of Treasure City
Mall.
Special Note: If you refer someone to
Treasure City Mall who leases a booth, you will receive a
credit of $25.00 off your next month’s booth rent! |
